I have been practicing therapy since 2016, and I have had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and the transitions that can shake our sense of stability – whether that’s a career change, a relationship shift, or simply the weight of everyday life.

Life is hard, and none of us are meant to figure it out alone. My goal is to offer you a space that feels genuinely calm, safe, and judgment-free – somewhere you can speak openly about what’s weighing on you and start to find your footing again.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. That’s why I treat the therapeutic relationship as a true partnership. We’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable, building practical skills you can carry with you long after our sessions end. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming — small, sustainable steps are often the ones that stick.

My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is grounded in a simple but powerful idea: while we can’t undo what we’ve been through, we learn to examine the thoughts and beliefs that shape how we respond to those experiences. Shifting that inner dialogue can open the door to real, lasting change. Depending on your needs, I may also draw on related techniques to tailor our work specifically to you.

Personal:

In my free time, I enjoy reading something light and fun, music, movies, and spending time with family, friends, and pets. I also love photography, and I appreciate the natural beauty that Virginia has to offer. Additionally, I really value having quiet time to myself to just regroup. Lastly, as someone newer to Virginia, I’m still working on getting to know my new city and what it has to offer. If you have any good recommendations for things around Charlottesville, don’t hesitate to share.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect.

I look forward to meeting you!
