I am a very patient and supportive counselor, and I utilize cutting-edge tools to help you improve your life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and evidence-based tools to help adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and difficult life transitions. I have over five years of experience working with clients in a variety of different settings. My approach is direct, supportive, and compassionate, and I believe in building rapport with clients to allow them to feel comfortable and secure during sessions.

My approach is direct, supportive, and compassionate. I have patience and believe in building rapport with clients to allow them to feel comfortable and secure during sessions. I will help you set your own goals for therapy, and we will devise an evidence-based and supportive plan to help you achieve those goals at whatever pace you are comfortable with. I also see clients by video, including teens ages 12 and up. Read more about our online CBT therapy in Virginia.

Personal: In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, camping, reading, exploring new areas in the valley, and spending time with my family. Anything surrounding the outdoors or bodies of water keeps me satisfied. I also enjoy the simplicity of having time to myself when life gets the best of me.

I look forward to meeting you!
