Ariel Diehl, MSW, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents and adults ages 12 and up. I help my clients to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in helping individuals overcome conflict and improve functioning. I am a very patient and supportive counselor, and I utilize cutting-edge tools to help you improve your life.

I have over 5 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of different settings. My experience includes working with adults and youth with depression, anxiety, and trauma histories within the home, group home, and residential placement settings. I also have experience working with adolescents who are diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities.

My approach is direct, supportive, and compassionate. I have patience and believe in building rapport with clients to allow them to feel comfortable and secure during sessions. I will help you set your own goals for therapy, and we will devise an evidence-based and supportive plan to help you achieve those goals at whatever pace you are comfortable with.

Personal: In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, camping, reading, exploring new areas in the valley, and spending time with my family. Anything surrounding the outdoors or bodies of water keeps me satisfied. I also enjoy the simplicity of having time to myself when life gets the best of me.
